I’m super happy because I’ve been able to have a super-fast post-partum recovery. After my two babies, the doctor told me my recovery could last a year and a half or even two, but thanks to YOR Health I’ve had a really quick recovery. My baby is only four months old, and honestly, even the inflammation has decreased. I found it very simple because I really like shakes because I’m constantly on the go, so it’s really convenient and delicious as well.
