My name is Greg Morris. I am 32 years old, I have a gorgeous little girl 5 years old, and I work in offshore security on a rotational roster. I love fitness, health, wellbeing, and doing all that makes me happy. I spend every bit I can with my little girl. She is my world!

I chose to do this Challenge to improve my wellbeing, to reach new fitness goals, and to improve self-esteem and confidence within myself. At times, yeah I found it very tough! Maintaining a good diet at work can be difficult.

And while at home, sharing myself with those who miss me, and maintaining discipline in the gym and in the kitchen is really challenging!

But it was all so very worth it. Before beginning the challenge, I was low on energy and self-confidence. Now, confidence is back and I keep my head high. I have much more energy to run around with my little girl. And all around me enjoy my energetic optimistic vibes I now propel.
