How is it going YOR Health community? My name is Amaury Berrelleza Casiano and I’m 28 years old. This is my third cycle of the Challenge and I’m super happy because I wasn’t expecting the results I had. I was all thanks to the YOR Best Body platform, to my great wife, to some wonderful essential oils, and to a great coach who guided me during my whole Challenge.

I started this Challenge at 68 kg / 149.91 lbs and I couldn’t believe it since I had always weighed 64 kg / 141.09 lbs. After my second cycle of the Challenge I started neglecting myself and gained 4 kg / 8.8 lbs and my clothes didn’t fit anymore; it was then than my wife and I decided to take action and do our best joining the YOR Best Body Challenge.

My goals weren’t really big, I wanted to get back to 64 kg / 141.09 lbs and to improve my digestion because I suffered a lot from hemorrhoids and bloating, I had resigned myself to weighing 64 kg / 141.09 lbs because no matter how much I tried, I couldn’t get any lower than that.

I started this new Challenge with my wife and it was an exciting journey because we supported each other all the time, from going to the gym together in the mornings to preparing special food for our Challenge and sharing tips on how to use the products.

The most amazing thing was realizing my body started to change a lot!!!!! It was something great coming down from 68 kg / 149.91 lbs to 59 kg / 130.07 lbs. I couldn’t believe it because I had resigned myself to weighing 64 kg / 141.09 lbs. My body started to tone incredibly; I surpassed my previous cycle of the Challenge by far.

My wife and I are very motivated, so much that we already want to start our next cycle of the Challenge. We loved the results we got and we are coming for more.

My Routine

6:00 AM Upon rising, taking my YOR SuperGreens and one glass of water with one drop of Lemon Bare Oils.

6:30 AM Gym, I had my YOR Repair Ultra with a lot of water and one little drop of Bare Oils.

10:00 AM Breakfast, my YOR Shake for 6 weeks; the other 2 weeks I had three scoops of YOR Shake for dinner.

12:00 PM snack, some fruit, a tuna sandwich and YOR Berry Blast to have enough energy for the day.

2:30 PM Lunch, usually meat or fish with my YOR Digest Ultra, and a delicious glass of water with Lemon Bare Oils.

5:00PM Dinner, meat, fish or salads for 6 weeks with my YOR Digest Ultra, and 3 scoops of YOR Shake with Peppermint Bare Oils for the last 2 weeks.

10:00 PM Sweet Dreams Bare Oils to sleep well and I rubbed Peppermint Bare Oils on the muscles I worked that day for recovery and I had a YOR Repair Ultra to avoid the pain in my muscles on the next day.
