Hello everybody! I’m super happy for completing my fifth cycle of the Challenge. I’m more surprised every day of the changes my body has experienced. This cycle I modified the way I eat and the use of the supplements because I needed to travel because of work. On the first month I only took the YOR Probiotics Ultra on an empty stomach, my glass of water with Lemon Bare Oils, my YOR Shake for breakfast and my YOR SuperGreens at mid morning and mid afternoon. For lunch and dinner, I had whatever was available since I work at a plant. At the beginning of my second month I made the decision to make a change and I started following the warrior diet, which was perfect for my schedule and for what I like to eat. In general, for those who are not familiar with this diet, it’s based on intermittent fasting starting with 12 hours and you increase it week after week depending on your organism. On those hours of fasting you can only have water and after the fasting you can eat fiber, protein, fats, carbs, and very little sugars; always with my YOR Digest Ultra. At night, after my 1-hour exercise routine 3 times a week I had my YOR Shake before bed, and to rest and help my muscle rest, I had a YOR Repair and I applied Sweet Dreams and I felt fresh as new on the next day. I feel the change was good for me and fitted well. The cool thing about YOR Health is that any plan you have, you just need to complement it with the supplements and you’ll have incredible changes in your body anyway, not forgetting the energy you get all day, as if you were invincible.
