I’m Mariely Flores and I’m the mother of 3 beautiful girls. I completed this Challenge feeling very excited and inspired, it seems that it’s hard to maintain when you have kids, but you can always find a way to take care of yourself.

I started the Challenge exercising from home, improving my condition more and more every time and doing strength exercises involving more weight or repetitions every time. You don’t need to go out to improve. During the last weeks of my Challenge, I stared practicing intermittent fasting, which has been really convenient for my life between the business appointments, my daughters, husband, the house, etc.

I take all the supplements, except the YOR Muscle Energy.

At first I had the YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Essential Vitamins, YOR Digest Ultra, YOR Shape and YOR Complete Burn upon rising.

And I tried to balance my meals, taking into consideration there are kids things I can’t avoid.

Now with the intermittent fasting, my meal schedule is limited, so I open my day with my breakfast and I close it with the YOR Shake. I feel stronger, I feel like I’m taking my body to another level.
