I made the decision to join the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge for health reasons because my body was already being affected by the inactivity I had for 5 years. I’m a retired teacher and I worked in education for 30 years. I’m 57 years old and I have 4 kids, and I already had a bad circulation, varicose veins, lumbago, and overweight.

My kids had the opportunity to have this new lifestyle and I was reluctant to make changes for myself. I got very motivated and excited when they started improving their health, losing weight and having a better figure, as well as knowing that my eldest son, Geovany Espinoza, is transformed and is doing well.

I started with the YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra every day upon rising, while exercising, and at breakfast I had my 2 servings of Chocolate YOR Shake with one drop of Peppermint Bare Oils.
