Hi everyone my name is Lue Lee. My goal for this Challenge was to gain muscles masses and look leaner. I've always wanted to look fit and have a great body, so that's why thanks for this very opportunity that we have here. I was able to lose the unnecessary fat and gain some muscles masses and it makes me felt really great. I have worked so hard in my life to gain muscles, but I could never gain because I lacked the right proper nutrients. Without the proper nutrition, I either look skinny or average but never fit and healthy. With the right and perfect proper nutrition and the help of my fitness coach, I was able to achieve my goal. I’m so grateful to have been introduced to YOR Health and be part of the foundation.
