My weight before the Challenge was over 74 kg / 163.14 lbs; and today, after 8 weeks my weight is 68 kg / 149.91 lbs.

I used all the supplementation products. Upon rising I had 1 YOR Repair capsule, later on I had a YOR SuperGreens with a YOR Berry Blast and YOR Fiber Plus; I also added one drop of Lemon Bare Oils.
