This is my second cycle of the Challenge this year. This time I didn’t have a chance to workout because I had to go out of town due to diverse engagements, however, I tried to eat as healthy as possible.

I made a change, now I had my YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus after training and I had my YOR Digest Ultra with each meal.
