Dear YOR Health family!

This Challenge has been pretty special for me. As you may know, there are situations in this life that makes us lose balance. In spite of considering myself a disciplined person as far as diet and exercise goes, it was a change of residency to another city what made me feel emotionally out of balance. This emotional unbalance reflected, obviously, on my body. I gained weight, I stopped exercising, I didn’t have energy because of the kind of diet I had, so I tried to come back to my previous habits, but I failed twice.

It wasn’t until I decided to join the YOR Best Body 8-week Challenge that I felt I had the necessary company to help me NOT to quit my goal on the first try.

The results can be seen in my pictures. I also gained energy, good mood, and specially, I came back easily to my previous habits.

I did it like this:

ON AN EMPTY STOMACH
1 YOR Probiotics Ultra capsule
2 YOR Repair Ultra capsules
1 glass of warm water with 2-3 drops of Lemon Bare Oils

BREAKFAST
2 scoops of YOR Shake
1 scoop of YOR Fiber Plus
1 fruit

LUNCH
2 YOR Shape half an hour before it
2 YOR Digest Ultra with my meal
2 YOR Essential Vitamins with my meal

DINNER
2 scoops of YOR Shake

My exercise routine consisted on running 3-4 days a week since I’m training for a 21k. I also strengthen my muscle doing CrossFit 3 times a week.

I want to end saying thank you to the opportunity of having an app and a community that drags you to be in shape and keep yourself in tack in an easy and fun way so everyone of us can achieve our health goals.
