After giving birth to my son, I definitely found it difficult to be strict on a diet while fully breastfeeding; I was tired and restless due to under active Thyroid (taking medication) and lack of sleep. My Milk supply was low and the first thing I craved was either sweets or fatty food (i.e take away). I was already taking some of my partners YOR Health products and felt they made a massive impact to getting back to my original weight before becoming pregnant at 47kg and losing 10 kilos. But I was still not happy with the excess around the belly that all mums want to get rid of. Two months later I wanted to take on the challenge to see what kind of results I could achieve now feeling more recovered and confident to train again.

I was introduced to the Go Green Cleanse and Intermittent fasting by my partner who just recently completed his challenge and was curious to see just how much more weight I could lose doing it, and also see how if it effected my milk supply for breast feeding throughout the challenge if I was intermittent fasting.

During my first 4 weeks, to be honest, I was not strict. I was building my way back into exercise again as the doctor said to take at least 3 months off to recover before training again, but felt confident and decided to try my luck at 2 months. I was also getting use to eating the right foods, which took me till about the 4th week to get down pat with what worked for me. But when I did my day would consist of:

Wake up at 5am have 500ml-1 litre of water with 1 drops Lemon Bare Oils, along with 1 YOR Probiotic Ultra pill, HIIT Training (min) in the park at 6:30am and a post workout shake made up of:



-1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens

-1 scoop of YOR Fibre Plus

-1 drop of Lemon Bare Oils

-1 scoop of YOR Shake



I found that this would last me until 11am when I would then have my first meal of the day. I had to make sure I ate enough to support my Milk supply when breast feeding, so I didn't overcomplicate it by counting macros. I just practically ate what I wanted during the challenge so long as I cooked it myself, and kept it balanced. My last meal was at 5pm, along with YOR Digest Ultra (with each solid meal when I remembered taking them).


Before doing the Challenge I asked myself:

-Would I lose anything more and are my abs going to show
-Would I feel more run down if I'm not eating solids for 18 hrs?
-Would my milk supply drop?
-Are all the testimonials real and would I get the same results as everyone on the pictures?


I set it upon myself to see out just what effect it would have on my body, and what I found was I lost an extra 3 kilos (now 44kg and goal weight).

I lost cm around my stomach and obvious fat excess around the mid region, which is all I really wanted. My milk supply for breastfeeding has increased. I have been off medication for my under active thyroid since giving birth and even though I have been advised to take medication again, I don't feel tired, less stressed, less restless, and I have more energy through the day even now that I'm back at work.

I am so pleased with my results and advise anyone including mum's to take on the Challenge and see what you can achieve personally. I was unsure at first, but so happy that it gave me the discipline and clarity I wanted to gain from both the Go Green Cleanse and the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge.
