Hello. I’m Adriana and I’m 31 years old. My parents fondly called me “chubby” since I was a baby, but I practiced gymnastics and athletics and I was able to keep myself in shape. As years went by, I started gaining weight and bad habits and it was harder and harder to lose weight.

So I decided to take action to improve my fitness. These were my first 8 weeks with YOR Health. Noticing the results day after day in my body, skin, metabolism and even in my mood, were factors that motivated me not to quit. The goal I set for myself was to reach 50 kg / 110.23 lbs, modifying my diet habits, exercising and to be able to share my experience.

During these 8 weeks I had a Vanilla YOR Shake for breakfast with 2 drops of Lemon Bare Oils and YOR Super Greens. I had a YOR Digest Ultra capsule at lunch and YOR Berry Blast with Bergamot Bare Oils in the afternoon.

I had a hard time exercising again for the first weeks so I did it every other day, from the third week, when my weight went down, I started exercising for 30 minutes a day. Today I can say that I feel happy with my results, I feel motivated to continue improving my fitness.

I’m thankful to my sister who invited me and introduced me to a great team. I’m convinced that when you have health, consistency, happiness and goals, life has a better meaning and you have to share that! :D
