I started this Challenge trying to control my weight suffering from hypothyroidism, weighing 84 kg / 185.19 lbs and lacking energy, been depressed and apathetic to perform my activities and sharing with my kids taking my supplementation again and adding the wonderful Bare Oils. So I started taking one YOR Probiotics Ultra capsule in the morning, 15 minutes later I had my YOR Shake, and at lunch I had my YOR Digest Ultra along with my YOR Berry Blast drink. At the evening, as an afternoon snack, I had a YOR SuperGreens. At night, my dinner was “regular” or “light”, or sometimes I had a YOR Shake. Honestly, it is very easy and simple to fit the supplementation in your daily routine because it not complicated or frustrating, as it happened t me with the traditional diets having to count calories and easily quitting. That’s why I’m happy being able to lose 8 kg / 17.64 lbs and reaching 76 kg / 167.55 lbs in 8 weeks, having a better attitude and energy to share this movement with everybody.
