Hi my friends. I don’t know how to describe the pain I felt for not being able to reach my feet to tie my shoes, for having to lay down on the bed in order to close my pants and for bearing a constant pressure during the day. I used to get tired from walking and I had a pain that started on my hip and went down the tip of my right toe. It was frustrating to look myself in the mirror and the worst part was that I wasn’t getting the results no matter how hard I tried; I had lost hope for losing weight.

Two months ago some friends introduced me to the Challenge and I saw the opportunity to do something so I could end with my frustration and get rid of all the pain I had. My goal was to start losing 10 kg / 22 lbs, and as soon as my Best Body set arrived I organized my diet replacing my breakfast and dinner with MRP, Fiber Plus and two Vitamins, I had two SuperGreens as snacks, I had the Probiotics at rising, Digest Ultra with solid food, two Repairs before going to bed and a Berry Blast when I felt down. I tried to measure the portions of my food, I substituted sugary sodas for natural water, and I lowered my consumption of bread and tortillas. I constantly think that I am doing something healthy for my body and I got rid of the idea of being on a diet.

After so many years of not doing any exercise, I never thought I was going to go back to Karate-Do training, and specially, endure a two hour training five days a week weighing 133 kg / 293 lbs. It was hard at first to awake my whole body and start moving again. Four weeks after starting my Challenge I had an injury in my toe, however, I didn’t stop, I had more Repairs a day, I rested for four days and on the 5th I continued with my training routine.

Today, July 3rd, I am finishing my first cycle of the Challenge and I feel very happy and motivated to keep on going for more, well, for less pounds…hehehe. And what a better birthday gift than reaching my goal with 10 kg / 22 lbs less in my weight and 14 cm / 5.5 in less on my waist. At my 35, I can say that I am building the best body of my life and that I’ll keep on going until I am fit. I feel healthier, more agile, I can do crunches, sit ups and planks more easily and most of the positions and exercises from Karate, I can reach my feet with my two hands, the pain in my leg has decreased and almost gone and I can take down the pants that where cutting my waist without unbuttoning and unzipping them.
Yeaaaaah, I feel very happy and I am very thankful to the YOR Best Body for giving me another change to believe again that I can be thin and healthy!
