Before being introduced to YOR Health I thought that I didn’t have to worry about what I ate or about exercising because I was thin, but with years going by I realized I was wrong; I was tired all the time, I didn’t sleep well, I had a very bad digestion, my hair had turned horribly dry and above all, I had more body fat than what I should have (way more). All this changed when I started using the products.
