HELLO. My name is Blanca Montoya, I am 27 years old, and I am a wife, mother and daughter. I picked the BEST BODY set because I really wished a radical change in my body because I didn’t like what I was seeing in the mirror every time.
I started this Challenge weighing 88.9 kg / 196 lbs with a size 15 in pants which for my height, it was a lot. My Challenge was about losing 5 kg / 33 lbs. Now my weight is 72.2 kg / 159.17 lbs and I am in between size 9 and 7. I lost 17.2 kg / 37.91 lbs and 3 sizes IN JUST 8 WEEKS! I surpassed my Challenge, my expectations, and I feel very HAPPY and A LOT PRETTIER. :D Now I know that YOR Health will be part of me from here on.

I had been thin all my life because since I was 13, I had been doing a lot of exercise and I never weighed more than 60 kg / 132.27 lbs. As I was growing up, my rhythm of life started to change, little by little my life turned more sedentary and I was putting on weight gradually because I was eating the same as I did before when I was exercising, and the worse part, my bowel movements were every 3 or 4 days!

After I got married, I had my baby, and put on a little weight, but later, I had an abortion, which gave me a very strong depression, so I found a refuge in food. I never realized when I had put on 30 kg / 66.14 lbs in 3 years. I was not looking at the mirror anymore because I didn’t feel well with myself. Everybody around me, family, friends, neighbors, and acquaintances started to tell me that I was very fat and that I should start doing exercise and other things a lot more cruel. I would just justify myself saying that fatties were cool, that I had strong gastritis and colitis because I was constipated… until all of a sudden, one morning I decided to look at the mirror again, but I didn’t recognize myself, I was desperate, I couldn’t take those comments anymore, I was about to have a surgery in my body or whatever it took…

Just as if it had fallen from the sky, YOR Health came into my life and it really TURNED OUT TO BE EASY TO INTEGRATE TO MY DAILY ROUTINE. In the morning, I take 1 PROBIOTICS and 2 REPAIR, 1 hour later I take my YOR MRP with SUPERGREENS, BERRY BLAST and FIBER PLUS, at lunch I have VITAMINS and DIGES ULTRA, at dinner I only take my MRP, and in between meals I have a small oatmeal bar, fruit in any amount and lots of water!

Since day one I noticed that my digestion had improved a lot, and in the first week, without any effort I lost 2 kg / 4.4 lbs. This gave me a lot of motivation which made me start doing some physical activity such as riding the bike, taking walks, swimming or a little bit of dancing 2 or 3 times a week. Sometimes there were many temptations and truthfully there were times where I ate it all, but in small quantities so that I would not hold the temptation, and I am really happy with the results because besides the sciatica pains, as it is called (pain from the ankles to the back), that has been diminished a lot now that I have less weight. MY DIGESTION HAD NEVER BEEN SO PERFECT! Now I have A LOT MORE ENERGY!!
