Hello YOR Health world! My name is Marwan and I am from South Australia, Australia. I started the challenge at 91KG and have lost 11.8 KG after the 8 weeks.

I have a full time accounting job and also work on weekends in a hotel. As my work in hospitality is very physical, I maintained a healthy body and would eat reasonably well without gaining weight. When I started my accounting job 10 months ago, my physical activity decreased and my weight started to increase dramatically due to mental tiredness and lack of motivation to look after my body. I decided to do the Challenge as I was not happy looking at myself in the mirror and felt I needed a change in lifestyle. My brother encouraged me to do the Challenge as he had fantastic results form it also.

When I started the Challenge, I made a diet plan, created goals that I wished to achieve by the end of the challenge and updated my journal every week. I have been taking the YOR Shake (vanilla is my favorite), YOR Digest Ultra, YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Berry Blast (when I felt I needed it after lunch), and Lemon Bare Oils.

For breakfast, I will have a shake with a mixture of oats, seeds and dry berries. I would have a high protein meal and salad for lunch. For dinner, I had a meal containing high protein and some carbohydrates along with a YOR Digest Ultra tablet. After I went to gym (or if I didn't), I would have a small high protein meal and a YOR digest Ultra tablet. Before bed, I will make myself a tea and add Lemon Bare Oils with a YOR Probiotics Ultra tablet. I exercised 3-4 times per week at the gym for an hour.

I feel so much more motivated, energetic and lighter after these 8 weeks and I'm sure everyone will feel the same if they take the products. My BMI at the start of the challenge was obese and now I'm overweight, I can fit back into a medium shirt and my pants size went from 36 to 34. I am going to continue with the products as they have been so helpful to get me back on track to a more healthier me.
