Hi my name is Martina and I'm 31 years old. I have been interested in the YOR Health product line for some years now, but have always been skeptical with the type of products I use, especially my protein shakes. So for about 2-3yrs I've been back and forth in giving the products a chance. I made up my mind to give it a chance and enter the challenge due to a significant weight gain over a 5 months period.

This year (2016) has been really hard for me. I'm a full time architect and an entrepreneur for which I operate a private meal prep service on the weekend. Along with a very strict workout regime of running 40-60 miles a week and working out 5-6 days for 1hr a day for the past 2yrs. Earlier this year I did a full marathon and got injured from over excursion of my muscles and lack of adequate rest. This only marked the beginning of only what I can describe as "the worst year ever). Along with my injury, I had to face the reality and made some life changing decisions which turned my life completely upside down. This led me to fall into a deep depression and anxiety. I didn't find pleasure in doing the things I so enjoyed like running, working out, and operating my meal prep service. I went to work and count down the hours to go back home. My workouts were minimal, along with my running and my eating plan included one to many "cheat meals". I started noticing a difference in my mood and how I looked but just kept saying to myself "it's ok, I'm still seeing a bit of abs, you can have that cheesecake". I gained over 10lbs of fat and lost a significant amount of my muscle and definition which I had worked so hard at getting for over 2yrs.

In September, I made the decision to take control of my emotions and over my actions after seeing how much I was deteriorating both emotionally and physically. I signed up for two full marathons (1 in dec 2016 & Jan 2017) and ordered my YOR Health Products without even second guessing my actions, as I was determined to get back to a life I enjoyed.

I started the Challenge 1st week in October 2016 and upon taking my "Before" pictures I was more motivated to stick to my goals. I new I would be faced with some challenges in training for my marathons & trying to sculpt muscles, but I was determined to do my best. My regime consisted of using the following products:

YOR Shake: 2 twice a day, mornings immediately after my workout & late afternoon snack. (I added YOR Fiber Plus along chia seeds & oats to my morning post workout shake. The shakes are amazing delicious with just water)

I had my YOR Probiotic Ultra & YOR Ultra repair upon waking up and before bed each day.

I had my YOR SuperGreens mixed with YOR Berry Blast for my morning snack for that extra boost of energy to sustain my hectic work day.

I took YOR Essential Vitamins & YOR Digest Ultra with 3 times a day with my main meals as suggested. I kept my main meal approx 350-500 calories consisting mostly of lean protein, lots of veggies or a dinner YOR shake (I followed a carb-cycling eating plan).

I also used Bare Oils:
Pink Grapefruit/ Lemon in my water (4 liter a day). Lavender Bare Oils in my teas, shakes & even oatmeal. I used the Sweet Dreams at night and Boost Bare Oil in the am (diluted with coconut oil and massaged unto my face and chest area).

My workout regime started at 3:30 am and consisted of running 6-8 miles 3-4 times a week followed by the gym 4-5 times a week. I did light weight training with a lot of reps and plyometrics to burn off all this fat I had gained. I didn't want to train too hard, because I didn't want to risk getting injured again and also my body wasn't able to do what it use to.

After 2 weeks in, working out and Using YOR Health products, I could see and most importantly feel a difference in my overall mood and appearance. After 4 weeks my clothes started to fit again and I was super energized throughout the day and slept well at nights. I did not feel deprived or starved throughout this time though I did have a few "cheat meals" along the way. At week 7 I was completely in love with the product line. I went ahead and ordered more products and opted to try a few more items from the line. At the end of the Challenge I've lost 14lbs and I'm still not my "Ultimate Sculpt Goal," but it's a good start in the right direction. I must say of all my years of working out and eating clean I've never had such quick turn-abound time in seeing real life result. YOR Health will now be apart of my healthy lifestyle without a doubt.
