I'm an international accounting student studying here in Sydney! Between working and studies leaves little time for gym and meal preps! I'm also a coeliac who's been a vegetarian of 16 years and had become a little lazy in the kitchen, leaving me at an unhappy weight/size, proof that just because you are vegetarian doesn't mean you can't get "soft"!

I decided to partake in the Challenge, as most my clothes were snug, and I knew I needed to take charge of my neglected health! I'm not about restricting calories so have just added supplements to my existing diet and changing the types of calories consumed.

I drink YOR Supergreens every morning mixed with water and fresh lemon to alkalize my body first thing! I also take YOR Essential Vitamins everyday. Following with a breakfast full of fresh fruit or smoothies!

Lunch: salads, curries, soups or wraps.

Dinner: LOTs and LOTs of potatoes, rice, starchy vegetables and fresh or steamed greens! If I'm having a fattier dinner out or on my cheat day, I will take the YOR Heath Super Slim just before.

I drink a scoop of YOR Amino Hydrate before I workout 2-3 times a week cycling or jogging filling with weighted squats and Pilates for toning up my core! I'm also very active thanks to not having a car and being forced to walk everywhere! :)

I faced some challenges with the scale, and I know the number isn't everything, but really wanted to hit that goal weight of 58 kg but that last .5 won't budge, yet. Although I am very happy to see my once tight clothing are now fitting effortlessly! :)

Feeling much happier in not just my appearance but also my energy, happiness, general focus and wellbeing!
