Hello!
This is my first Challenge and I’m super excited! I decided to join after a long trip to USA, where my diet and habits weren’t the best and I gained a few pounds; I felt exhausted all day long! I’ve always been stuck in a comfort zone with my body where I went up and down with my weight without making big changes to my daily routine or diet; it was tremendously monotonous.

I’ve modified a few diet habits and regarding exercise, and I’ve noticed great changes in my body, and so much energy as well! Upon rising I take 2 drops of Ginger Bare Oils and 2 drops of Lemon Bare Oils, plus YOR Shape. After half an hour I have a serving of GREAT*ful Protein and my lunch. During training I have my YOR Berry Blast plus YOR Complete Burn during cardio, and post-workout I have a YOR Shake and YOR Fiber Plus, which has favorably changed my digestion! When I ate I had a capsule of YOR Digest Ultra and a few drops of Pink Grapefruit Bare Oils with my regular water. For dinner, I had another serving of YOR Shake; I love it!

I work out on a regular basis, and I enjoy going to the gym because I have much more vitality, energy, and muscle strength since I have starting lifting small weights! The combination of all this led me to drop 7 kg/15.43 lbs!

The experience of the Challenge has meant a lot to me because it has definitively been CHALLENGE both internally (and emotionally) and in my body. I felt discouraged for the first few days, but being part of I helped me get back on it and focus on the good decisions and diet habits! I’m super happy and thankful for having amazing results!
