Back to a year ago i started taking Yor Health products and went from 208lbs to 180lbs. 28lbs lighter in less than 3 months and have kept it off for that year. Now i have put 11lbs of lean muscles and have flatten my stomach and now finally have abs. Finally completing the 8 week challenge! But it wasn't always that easy, before the challenge i was very depressed and could barely force myself to get out of bed in the morning. Always tired and had that sad/angry face "constipated" face but hey it was reality. Was waisting too much money in other supplements stores like GNC, Supplement zone and apart for been expensive there was no guarantee it was working within my body because for years i was the same. Then I was introduced to Yor Health and the 8 week challenge, and began to turn her life around. I was eating anything and still kept losing weight, it was incredible. However, then I learned about nutrition and health, started eating fresh greens and fruits, and avoiding the fast foods that i had previously craved, such as cheese, diet cola and creamy ranch dressing. The reason i did it was because i wanted better results and wanted to be pure cut, no fat! I stuck with the program and was very motivated because I was in a challenge, i wasn't just working out of myself anymore but for a better body and healthy human being. Began going to the gym atleast 3-4 times weekly or bi weekly to see results. Don't forget the products! NDS is the key, perfect nutrition and really gets into the bloodstream. I was taking each product each day. The same way as its explained in the "Yor Health product usage" on youtube, breakfast, lunch and diner. For the first time in my life, i've not only lost weight, but kept it off. Through healthy eating choices and exercise and most importantly the challenge, I feels like a completely new man.
