Firstly hello everyone reading this!
I'm Annaleise a 20 year old from Melbourne Victoria
my goal was to get to 59kgs but ended up reaching 56!

In what now feels like only two weeks ago I began my 8 week best body challenge a two month journey I’ve enjoyed every step of the way. With my goals set and measurements done I could already see my end result, it was now just a matter of putting it all into action. My initial goal was to lean up and loose a bit of that excess fat particularly around the gut. I had previously always made excuses as to why I can’t reach my goals and ideal body although I’m not quite there yet I’m well on my way! Reason being for all these excuse was that I’m too busy, I don’t have time for gym, I can’t get anywhere... common things you hear, well that all changed when I turned my negative mindset into a positive one and I proved myself wrong and now I plan to share this journey with many more that have the same problems and reasons and show them that it is possible and we all deserve to be the best version of us!

I realised that anything is possibly when you put your mind to it, there are always ways around those challenges and obstacles, this challenge has changed my outlook on life and the way I see and think about things. Yes there are always going to be hurdles and negatives but there is always a positive not only that but I have had the support of everyone around me, something that I am so grateful I now have they are always there to help me back up and push me that extra bit. The culture is second to none and something I want everyone to experience

During the challenge I used most products, I would always start my day with a super greens, berry blast and fibre and sometimes even a meal replacement to keep me going till my first meal which I would have with my digest and vitamins, I would also use the digest with other meals throughout the day and right before bed I would have my repair ultra and probiotics and often when I felt I needed it a meal replacement on its own or with another super greens.

My goal weight was to get to 59 something I knew wasn’t going to be easy but with belief in myself and the products I knew it was possible if I worked hard at it. A goal which I smashed as I am now currently 56kgs and have lost 5cm off of my waist! as for exercise I didn’t really have time to do a lot so I made the most of the time I did have like I said I wanted to show others that it is possible even if you don’t have time to go to the gym I was lucky enough to go once a week! Twice on a really good week other than that I tried to fit in some kind of cardio once a week, that’s right once a week so it is possible because it all slowly adds up. At first I wasn’t seeing much results but I kept at it and finally I started noticing lots of changes I’m glad I didn’t give up because this has impacted my life in such a good way and I have already started helping others around me something I have now built the confidence to do and start taking this to a bigger scale all thanks to Yor Health and my team, because this is something everyone wants some just don’t know it yet and I believe that’s where I come in, my true purpose, I can continue doing what I love to do and help so many others along the way.
