My name is Felicity D'Astoli and I beagn my journey with Yor Health on August 14th, 2013 weighing 60kg and now after completing the challenge I weigh 58.2kg.
I have always lived a fairly active lifestyle and ate reasonably well, although anything sweet especially chocolate was my major weakness. I would consume at least 1 block every couple of days.

When I got introduced to Yor health through a friend I decided it was time to make a slight change in my current routine and as I have a wedding in Bali coming up I thought this was the perfect opportunity to start.

I purchased the Go green sets Plus the Choc and vanilla MRP. Throughout the challenge I have had all the products consistently each day. I would start the day waking up taking the multivitamin, as well as mixing together super greens, fibre plus and berry blast and drinking this pre workouts and sometimes even as breakfast. I would have the MRP post workouts, or sometimes in the afternoon as a treat. The digest ultra tablets were taken with my bigger meals, generally lunch and dinner. This product really helped with my bloating issues which id often experience due to eating too quickly, especially rushed at work and not taking the proper time to sit and digest my food. This took care of that. Finally I would take the probiotics just before bed each night. I can honestly say I have never slept so well than what I have over these past 8 weeks, taking these has really made a difference and that was one of the first positive changes I had noticed since starting the challenge.

In terms of exercise I didn't change this drastically, I would generally would do on average 4-6hours per week. I would do a variety of activities including bikram yoga, boxing classes, water aerobics, weights training and general cardio. Over the past few weeks I have begun to do more intense workouts for shorter periods of time like half an hour- 45minutes as opposed to hour long classes. This has made a difference to my physique in a shorter amount of time.

Overall, I'm really happy with the transformation and the Yor Health products will now be a regular inclusion into my daily lifestyle to stay happy and healthy:)I will probably continue to use most of them.
