I used to weigh 95 pounds, and after the 8-week challenge I weigh 98 pounds.
The products that I used to get to my final weight were MRP, Complete Burn, Digest Ultra, Repair, Probiotics Ultra, and YOR Essential Vitamins. I would use the MRP and Repair after my workout to help me build lean and toned muscle mass and recover my body. I would exercise about 30-45 minutes a day for 4-5 days a week.
Before, it was so hard to gain muscle because I was never able to absorb the nutrition from my food. I had digestion problems and always had that extra belly fat that was so hard to get rid of. Everybody always thought of me as the skinny person who can eat whatever she wanted and already have a 6 pack, but in reality I don't have abs because of my digestive problem. I hated looking like a twig and having an unattractive belly, which I call myself a "skinny fat person" instead of a "skinny fit person." Especially during the holiday season there was a lot of eating involved, and along came the holiday weight that went straight to my stomach and wouldn't leave. Looking at pictures of Victoria Secret models who were thin and had abs made me feel so jealous because they had the stomach & abs that I wanted. I used to feel so self-conscious about my stomach because it felt like a bloated bubble wanting to pop out of my shirt. I would avoid wearing extra small shirts that were tight because I did not feel comfortable with my bloated belly. I would always wear loose shirts to hide my bloated belly. Because of the lack of muscle mass I had in my butt, thighs, and legs, my pants were not filled in correctly. Even with wearing a belt I always felt like my pants were going to fall off. I was so confused with the way my body was, I wanted to get started with achieving a healthier and fit body before summer came, so I decided to give the 8-week challenge a shot.
The challenge has helped me change my eating habits and incorporate more exercise into my daily routine to help me become more healthy and fit. With the challenge, I decided to cut out rice and other simple carbohydrates from my diet, and replace them with more salad, plain Greek yogurt & fruits, and snack every couple 3 hours. With the products and healthier eating habits, I was able to absorb the nutrition from my food better with the Digest Ultra, build lean muscle in my arms, thighs & legs with the MRP and tone up my stomach with the Complete Burn, the Probiotics Ultra helped my digestion problem and get rid of some of the extra belly fat, and the YOR Essential Vitamins helped me get more energy throughout the day and during my workout. My friends in YOR Health also helped support me throughout our challenge together to be able to achieve our goals together and have fun with it.
Although I am 2 pounds shy of my goal weight, I now know what to do to achieve the goal better, which is by staying consistent with my workout, and having a better regimen on eating more complex carbohydrates and protein, along with taking more of the products to continue helping my digestive problem. Thanks to the YOR Health products and the team support, I feel more confident in myself to be able to fill in my pants, look much fuller, sculpt my stomach, look much firmer, and feel good in my clothes.
