Hi everyone my name is Christian Torres. I want to first start of by thanking everyone who has been there for me on this magnificent journey of mine. Also the company for providing us with an incredible vehicle for any individual to hop on and succeed if they are willing to work.
I am 19 years old, but I always tell everyone I'm 20. I graduated high school two years ago. I was very active playing soccer for the school varsity team and also in club. I went Europe to play soccer. I had a tryout set up for a team in the bundesliga, but unfortunately I got injured during one of the trainings. After coming back it wasn't the same anymore. I lost my drive for the sport and that's when I started let go of myself. I had gotten up to 160Lbs and I hit a plateau of 155Lbs.
When the decision was made to get started in the 8 Week Challenge, I set a realistic goal for myself. The challenging part for me during this cycle was to stay consistent and actually go to the gym on the daily basis. I used to HATE going. I would always get tired after the first rep and say I'm done, but all that has changed now and it is now part of my lifestyle to go to the gym and stay healthy.
Upon waking I would take 1 Probiotic, 2 Repairs, and SuperGreens with 1 scoop of Fiber. When it was gym time, I would take a burn with a berry blast and then the YORShake right after the workout. The beauty part about all this was that I was never on a diet. I kept eating the foods that I loved and I would just take my enzymes and vitamins with my meals. Depending on how heavy the meal was I would just take an extra enzyme so I won't feel so guilty.
I am proud to say that I'm HAPPY with my results. I hit my goal weight of 148.6Lbs. My energy levels are higher and I just feel much healthier. I believe that if you're happy with your results and you feel great, that's all that truly matters.
