Hi, my name is Angel Vang. I am from Sacramento, Ca, USA. I entered the YOR Health 8-week Challenge because I wanted to change how I look and feel. Because of the amazing YOR Health products along with some decent work out routines had made me change after the challenge. Not only did I physically changed but mentally as well. My regimen was usually taking MRP 2-3 times a day for my pre and post work outs. Supergreens twice a day to feel refreshed, Complete Burn 3 times a day to get rid of unwanted water weight, and the Repair Ultra which make me recover chronically! On the food subject I tried my best to eat lean food like brown rice, chicken breasts, salads, eggs, tuna, and drink lots of water through out the day. I usually work out 2-3 times a week for an hour, all consisting weight lifting and cardio. With the consumption of the products I have lost 21 pounds. Before I was 240 pounds but now I am 218 pounds. Though I was not able to drop a total of 40 pounds like I wanted, I am sure my body fat percentage also dropped by a few percentage. I also want to mention that I also did this with my friends who are also doing their 8 week Best Body Challenge. That is what makes it even more fun and keeps me going because without a friend or work out buddies it is very tough. Overall, it was very exciting! In addition, I think doing this challenge had made me realize that it is tough and it takes hard work to make a healthy change. But the results that you get with the challenge comes in great! I also believe that the impact that this challenge had on me can also impact many other peoples lives. Now that I finished this challenge, I will continue on my next challenge and keep going. Since I had finished this cycle I felt more refreshed, more energized, and I am starting to love myself even more! My confidence has boost up to the next level! Lastly, I love the feeling of being a champion and never giving up and achieving the dream body that I thought I wouldn't be able to get. That's how much the 8 weeks YOR Best Body Challenge means to me! Thank you, I love YOR Health!
