Here we are ..what a journey!
This was an interesting challenge to see how YOR Health products would play a role on the synergistic effects of a well orchestrated effort to reclaim one's optimal health /fitness level.

A little bit of my background history, always athletic ( even in my early teen age smoking years, lots of running and a one year boxing stint helped me out ..to a certain extent))..so I’ve practiced sports all my life starting with soccer in elementary school,volleyball in high school, and Latin/ballroom dance combined with body building in my early twenties.At my best I was 170 pounds and roughly 7% fat.So after I got married, had a kid and started college which took me a good 6 years..there was not enough time to keep in shape.Upon graduationI picked up an old love of mine- tennis( self taught!) and MMA- @ Bushi Ban CT .One of the MMA instructors noticed my struggle with weight and fitness level, and recommended the YOR product line which even though skeptical, I decided to give it a shot and discover for my self the effects of the patented formulas on my health.This was an awesome timing, as I had decided to supplement my MMA training with P90X as well. High quality nutrition,scheduled daily exercise, and metrics..all coupled with sheer determination to make the upcoming 40 the new 20!!


So this is what happened in the last 8 weeks.In early January my weight was 192 pounds. By March 2013, after taking the YOR MRP, my weight had decreased to 188 pounds with my body fat reduced down to 17 % from 22%.
Tremendous results as I lost 10 pounds of fat and gained about 6 pounds of muscle, which is a phenomenal transformation! Five meals a day with 1-2 shakes ( zero side effects i.e gases,constipation),complimented by a steady intake of the Probiotics/digestive formulas have sustained this transformation by amazing nutrient absorption that evidently has promoted the unsuspected level of sculpting.Other metrics include the cholesterol level dropping down from 230 to 150, rest heart rate level from 50-55 to steady 50-52,and a consistent healthy pressure range of 112-116/56-60.Berry blast has been a favorite ( consistent supply of energy)for those days that energy levels just seem to be out of whack( no crash for sure with this product).

All in all,energy level and stamina have drastically improved by using the YOR product line along with rigorous daily exercise to include running,Bikram Yoga,and weight lifting.The effect on my MMA training is tremendous in areas like flexibility,alertness,reaction time,and even better breathing.Everyone can DO this with the right attitude,plan, and high quality nutrition support provided by utilizing the YOR Health products.
