The last 8 weeks have been the most exciting and toughest 8 weeks of my life! After finishing I now really understand how my body works and what I need to fuel it with to maximise its full potential.

Previous to this challenge I was exercising a few times a week and eating reasonably well but had zero help from supplementation. Once I was introduced to these incredible products I started to realise I had a lot to learn about my body and I began to see these products were really going to help me achieve my healthy body.

I'm excited to say I lost 4kg, yes I was hoping to loose a little more, but this is only the beginning of my fitness journey and I know I will be doing another challenge to ensure I reach my goal weight.

Throughout the challenge I used all of the YOR products as I understood that my body, especially digestive system would work best when all the products were taken daily.

My days began with a Supergreens and berry blast as I get up at about 5:30am 4 days a week for bootcamp, this immediately gave me the boost and freshness to begin my day, in the past I would have hit snooze few too many times and now I jump out of bed every morning with excitement to start the day! The days I didn't have bootcamp I would do a high intensity cardio work out or a heavy weight session. I was doing the thousand steps once a week-beating my p.b each time and once a fortnight had a half hour swimming session. I was also doing one or two les mills classes a week as well. So it was safe to say I was using my time wisely to fit in as much exercise as I could.

I had digest ultra with most meals unless I ate raw I would tend not to have any. I really noticed a huge difference once I started to have the digest tablets, no more bloating after meals!

Vanilla MRP came in handy when I was rushing for work or having short lunch breaks. I could make my shake within a minute and consume it within a few minutes! Surprising they filled me up and were great after work outs as well to give my body the protein it required.

I could go on about how much I love these products and how much they've changed my life already but words don't do justice.

Thanks to YOR best body challenge I am now 1 step closer to my desired "fit and healthy body".
