For this cycle, I gained two pounds!

I've never had issues losing weight, but when it comes to gaining, it's always been almost impossible for me. Gaining 1 lb for me, is like loosing 10 lbs for most people. It takes work!

So naturally, I'm very excited! I started at 196 lbs, and ended at 198 lbs!!! :D

The products that helped me achieve this weight gain was definitely MRP and Super Greens.

I would take MRP once a day, Super Greens once a day, and used the YOR Daily Packs as suggested (Probiotics and Repair before bed, and Digest + Vitamins when eating a meal).

I exercised one to three times a week.

There was a 2 week period where I was unable to workout because of profuse nose bleeding. (Maybe I can post a picture from when I got out the hospital...)
I would wake up in the middle of the night and my nose would start bleeding for 45 minutes, like a broken faucet. It would get so bad sometimes that my nose would bleed and drip to the back of my throat. So much blood collected into my throat that I would start to choke and actually throw up from all the clogging. After a few days of this, I said "Ok, this is a bit serious, and I need professional help." I've always had nose bleeds, and I've always dealt with them, but this was the first time that I got 6 different nose bleeds within 48 hours. Finally, I visited a nose specialist and received surgery to stop my nose from bleeding, on everything all the time.

I was then able to go back to working out for the final three weeks, and here are my results!

I'm excited because I can finally curl 50 lbs dumbbells! I was stuck at 40 lbs for YEARS!!!
For the flat bench dumbbell press, 50 lbs was my maximum for long time. Now at the end of this challenge, I use those as my warm-up! :D

Although, I didn't accomplish my goal of weighing 200 lbs, I did get 2 steps closer and gained 2 lbs. This challenge cycle has shown me that it is possible to set a goal, and with the amazing support of friends, and the platform of the #8WeekChallenge one can SEE MEASURABLE RESULTS, IF THEY WORK FOR IT!!! :D

After seeing the progress I've seen, do you think I'm going to quit now!?
