My Daily routine was consistent throughout the entire 8 weeks and went a little something like this:
Started my wake up with my Probiotics capsule on an empty stomach and 8oz. of water. Then, I had my 20 minute morning walks with my dogs so they can do their business.
Depending on my day's schedule I either got ready to go for work or got ready to go out for a morning full workout. Always my MRP Shake for breakfast. Between 9-10am
My MRP shake was always:
1 Scoop of Vanilla MRP
1 Scoop of Chocolate MRP
2 Scoops of Yor Fiber
1 Banana
Around 1pm-2pm I would have my lunch along with 2 Vitamins and a Yor Digest capsules.
My meals were always 2 parts green veggies and my protein was fish or a veggie patty. I restricted myself from any tortillas, rice, potatoes, soda, sugar drinks of any kind, no sweets or desserts of any kind.
snacks were: multigrain crackers, nuts or fruit.
If I didn't have my morning workout, it would be a late afternoon/evening workout. I would take my SuperGreens with apple juice and a Complete Burn capsule 30 mins. before a workout.
Sometimes I would mix my supergreens with Yor Berry Blast, but that was 4 -5 times at most throughout the entire 8 wks.
My workouts were:
A 3 mile run or a 30 minute Yoga session. 10-15min warm ups of hardcore stretching with lunges. My workouts were 5-6 days a week consistently. I mainly worked on Cardio type workouts, but I would add in crunches with weights or Leg weights exercises on the machines at the gym once or twice a week. But mostly consisted of Cardio exersize routines.
In the evenings my dinner was very small and simple.
Fruits/Raw veggies plate. or a cup of lentil soup. Along with my Yor vitamins and digest pills.
At night right before bed on an empty stomache. 2 Yor Repair capsules.
I am so ecstatic that I was introduced to Yor Health products. My friend and hairstylist Rene Munoz introduced me to Yor and I am so happy he did. I have energy for days! People stare at me at the gym because I'm sure they're thinking why this girl who looks so overweight, can hang so long on a treadmill. With my back straight up and my head held high I felt like I can run for hours and hours. Even though this is only my very first challenge and Im on a road to get really fit, I am not there quite yet...I feel sooo amazing already in just 8 weeks!! Please vote for me!!! My results don't look as drastic but the changes I can feel 100% ! Even my confidance, friends are commenting left & right on how great I look! I am so happy and I will keep going to get to my fittest self!
