I joined the Best Body Challenge to motivate myself to achieve the results I knew I was capable of, but had never kept myself accountable for. As a health and fitness professional I thought I was pretty healthy – but I clearly had no idea how good my body was meant to feel!
Before I was introduced to YOR Health I was already eating a clean diet and working out nearly every day, but I wasn’t achieving the results I wanted. Incorporating the YOR Health products into my regime made it so much easier to achieve results!
Throughout the challenge I worked out around 4-5 times a week with a variety of weight training, cardio and yoga. I also ate a clean diet but allowed for the occasional indulgence. Previously I would’ve been a lot stricter with my diet, but with the YOR Health products I found it a lot easier to get results without having to deprive myself.
Upon waking every morning I would have a Super Greens and Berry Blast shake. This provided me with a steady release of energy throughout the day, which is very important for my role as a personal trainer, as I’m required to work early mornings and late evenings. With my two most processed meals of the day I would have a Digest Ultra and an Essential Vitamin. This ensured my digestive system was breaking down and absorbing all the nutrients from my food and that I was filling any nutritional gaps in my diet. Upon resting each night I would have a Probiotic Ultra and Repair Ultra. In addition to allowing my digestive system to settle, I found this also improved my quality of sleep and recovery.
Originally on this challenge my goal weight was 55kg and to decrease my body fat to 20%. My final weight was 53kg and I am now sitting below 20% body fat (down a total of 5kg and 6% body fat). This was beyond my expectations! Not only am I happy with the physical results but also the significant improvement in energy levels! I can’t remember the last time I felt this good!
I am already planning to enter my second 8 week challenge with a focus of building more lean muscle mass. With these products I have no doubt in my mind that I can achieve this!
