Before starting this challenge, my life consisted of just absolute exhaustion. In addition to going to school, I was working two jobs, one as a waitress,and the other as a cookie decorator and cashier at a bakery. I was trying to hold on and just simply make it through each day. With all of the stress of work and getting farther and farther behind in school, it was wearing me out. I had no energy whatsoever and I was drained out. I turned into a different person- so irritable, moody and unhappy. I was so dependent on coffee and naps just to get me through the day, not to mention my bad habit of smoking became worse. I quickly reached a pack a day, knowing it wasn't healthy or helping, but it helped me to be less stressed. My schedule getting up early for work each morning, coming home to change, if I had time, squeeze a quick nap in before work again. After my night shift, my day wasn't over. I had to try and focus on school. Of course some nights I became too exhausted and didn't fit school in, even with the naps between jobs. Working out and hanging out with friends wasn't even an option for me. I realized I truly needed some change in my life. After being introduced to YORHealth products, I saw some light. Within two weeks I noticed my body felt and looked different. I didn't want to lose weight so much, I actually gained weight- a few pounds of muscle! I started sleeping well at night and really was able to focus clearly. I realized I am happy again! I was given the motivation to quit smoking and get into shape. Even after working both jobs, I started going to the gym 3-4 days a week. Instead of a nap between jobs, I began studying. I can truthfully say that I'm the happiest and healthiest I have been in a couple years thanks to YORHealth products. I am determined to never go back to the lifestyle or habits I was.
