Damon Trammell
My weight at the start of the challenge on January 11th, 2013 was 152lbs. As of March 8th, 2013 I weigh 154lbs.
I joined the challenge in January and started with just a probiotic ultra, digest ultra and vitamin. Later that month I ordered a super greens, MRP and repair ultra. In February I added fiber in addition to the other products. I knew that the digestive products would be helpful because I eat a lot and sometimes feel sleepy after meals and could feel the food sitting in my stomach.
I just genuinely feel better taking these products. I have more regular bowel movements, typically within the duration of post-meals, more energy and don’t need to take an afternoon nap. I’ll add too that I think it’s the first time that I’ve not devoted much effort to working my abs. Although lean, I’ve always maintained a slight hump. I noticed as soon as I started the probiotic my belly magically flattened.
At the beginning of my challenge, I didn’t yet have access to a gym, so worked out at home doing mainly body weight exercises like pull-ups on my basement door, pushups and body weight squats and only about twice weekly. The university has a gym and I started working out there about three times a week upon my return from winter break.
I’m in graduate school in New York right now and am balancing classes and other outside endeavors, not limited to being a volunteer rotating ensemble cast member for a farcical sex-ed comedy show and making roundtrip commutes by bus from New York to Philadelphia on Sundays for outside workshops. My earliest class is a dance course at 830 twice weekly, off campus so I’m usually up at 730. On days where I had dance, I’d thereafter be in class from 1130-1, 1-230 and 3-6pm with a rehearsal outside class at 830 that night. Knowing my body, in the past I generally would only get sick when I’d had some cumulative sleep deprivation and regretfully per my schedule currently I stayed up some nights later than I should’ve. However, I’ve not been sick once since I’ve started on these products and I say this proudly too because over the course of my eight week challenge I was pushing my body trying to balance the aforementioned and squeeze in work outs, while many of my classmates and instructors had fallen victim to repeated bouts of flu or other sickness. Not me. I highlight this as an example, believing my comparative wellness a true testament to the impact these products have had for me under the stress of a tight schedule. I don’t condone pulling all night-ers, nor am I attempting to make some statement about early-risers, night owls or comment on work ethic. There’s simply much to be said about this because no other product(s) have ever done for me what Yor Health has in that regard.
I always start my day with super-greens and fiber mixed with orange juice or water, a vitamin, a probiotic and a repair ultra. A super greens seems to give me a kick-start that coffee is yet to achieve. I feel awake and alert after I take it. Something else I’d noticed specifically with super greens is that my skin cleared. I used to get unexplained lesions, these red patches on either side of my nose especially in winter. I don’t have them. With meals I take a vitamin and digest ultra. For my exercise regimen, I started by taking MRP only after my workouts. In roughly the final few weeks of my challenge I began taking two scoops of MRP about half an hour before my workouts and within that amount of time afterwards, the same amount. Sometimes I’d even take repair ultra if I was feeling very sore after a workout. What I noticed about the MRP was how quickly my strength increased. I hadn’t really put on size yet, but I felt much stronger each time I went to lift. There was also a noted muscularity and definition I saw in body.
I cook for myself most of the time and try to eat healthily, eating at least three full course meals daily. (My favorite has been cooked Andouille sausage with brown rice, pepper and onion, kidney or black beans and sliced avocado). There were only a few days where I wasn’t able to have a decent breakfast or lunch so I’d drink an MRP instead, but primarily the MRP was supplemented with workouts. These products rock. I forgot to mention too that my mother prompted me to watch my blood pressure because it was high, like in the 130s at a physical examination last summer. I checked it twice in the time that I was home over winter break and it had dropped substantially, from pre-hypertensive range to normal range. I think my last reading was 111 over something. When all is said and done, at least I've got the best body amongst my classmates.
