Before I was introduced to YOR Health and before I took part in the 8 week challenge, I genuinely believed that I lived a healthy life – being active and eating healthy, but for some reason was not able to achieve the lean body that most of us all desire.
My body has always been bottom heavy. I have issues with purchasing jeans, skirts & shorts as I would need to purchase a size 8 /1 and get the waist taken into a size 6/0. This was not only frustrating but also financially not feasible.
I thought I ate healthy and had no idea how filthy my digestive system was.
I suffered stomach cramps on a weekly basis. It became such a concern to my family and I that triggered me to go see a doctor. The doctors were never able to diagnose me with me a solution. I was referred to numerous specialist to be tested for various medical conditions such as gall bladder, food allergies ….. all the results came back inconclusive.
Prior to being introduced to YOR Health, I tried all the diets including cutting out certain categories of foods, I also tried every exercise possible to try and spot reduce my bottom half. I would train 5 days a week and exhaust myself out every time, ate a healthy clean diet, but did not get the results I desired and came to the conclusion that I was just “naturally bottom heavy”.
It wasn’t until I was introduced to YOR Health that my life changed. I am not a runner and cardio is not my favorite form of exercise. I will never forget the first time I took the Berry Blast, I felt so energized and pumped and ran on the treadmill for more than 30mins (I usually last only 5mins). I now use the Berry Blast as a pre-workout drink.
Everyday I wake up feeling great and ready for a productive day. I sleep well. My hair and skin feels so soft, my nails are stronger. Using the Go Green Set on a daily basis (religiously) has improved my overall health and well being on both the physical and mental side of my life. Along with regular exercise and a good eating plan, I have been able to reduce my bottom half to one size (meaning I no longer need to make alterations to my clothes).
I would start my day with the Super Greens and Fibre to neutralise my body after a good nights sleep. In addition I would have 1 Probiotic and 1 Repair + 3 Vitamins each morning. With my cooked meals I would have 1 Digest Ultra. Before working out I would have a Berry Blast and prior to bed I would have a Repair and Probiotic.

When I started the challenge my body weight was 53kgand my body fat percentage was 24%
I knew this was going to be hard (given that I had never had lean muscles) but with the belief in myself and in the products I knew it could be done if I put my mind to it.
My final weight was 48.9kg. My goal was to reduce my body fat percentage to 10% . I was able to achieve this goal.
In relation to exercise, I kept to a realistic attitude and committed to 3 days (anything more than this was a bonus for me)
I feel great inside and out. My friends asked me how I did it, I tell them “I went on a 8 week challenge with YOR Health” Im so grateful of this challenge and the transformation that it has helped me to achieve. I feel on top of the world, the best that I have ever felt. I feel confident and truly alive! Thankyou YOR Health for giving me the leaner bottom that I have always desired, abs that I thought only gym junkies could only get, leaner muscles and of course a healthier me !
After completing my challenge I have realized that anything is possible when you believe in yourself. There are always solutions for obstacles and challenges, the last 8 week has been a challenge on its own and Im so glad that I committed to it 110% as it has changed my outlook on life and the way I think and see life. There will always be hurdles and negativity (that’s why it’s a challenge) but so long as you have a strong support team anyone can do it.
I believe that active living empowers you to create a life based around what really maters to you. I believe it is the key to getting more out of your life, by giving me more everyday. It allowed me to be authentically myself and allowed me to squeeze every last drop of life. YOR Health has given me more to look to and aspire into in life. I am in the best shape of my life and I am not planning to stop. I hope that I have given others out there the inspiration and determination to compete in the 8 week challenge.
