My starting weight was 84kg.

This was slightly heavier than average. I usually float around 82/83kg. I haven't consistently been below 80kg for a while and I really wanted to achieve that.

I train often, even prior to the 8 week challenge. I engage in a lot of Crossfit but most of these have been strength goals. Due to this, I rarely focused on how I looked or what my weight was, but concerned myself with my performance.

With this 8 week challenge, I was really keen to show other people that I had got involved in YOR health, and my friends and family, that you didn't need to make drastic life style changes to see improvements - but in fact consistent hard-work and consistency with the products would really help you.

I decided that as much as I could I would work out the same as I normally would. This is Crossfit 5-6times a week at 1-2hour sessions average a session.


I was extremely suprised in my first week as I dropped 3kilos in 4 days. I did notice that I had been susceptible to bloating before I found YOR health. With the products, especially the DIGEST and the FIBER, I no longer had bloating issues.

Within my first few weeks - I also noticed that I was able to train harder as I would have a lot more energy. I would need less sleep, and needed less recovery despite the intensity levels increasing. When I found my strength increasing despite my weight going down - I felt like I was onto a magic formula.

Life got in the way, and though I was usually good about keeping my training schedules, sometimes I was forced to miss them. In these cases I would try to get in a homework out, be it just stretching, pushups or a few squats around the house. But i never stopped taking the products.

For me, they became more of a blueprint for my day. I am usually horrible with breakfast. So every morning I have my MRP, SuperGreen and Berry Blast mix. That would get me started.

I usually have another MRP after a workout. An average of 2 SuperGreens a day. My daily pack throughout the day. Ending with my Bedtime/Rising pack drank with my FIBER.

Sometimes I would throw in a COMPLETE BURN through the day, or maybe a pre-workout. But I rarely ever took more than 1 complete burn a day.


I have to admit, I was pretty consistent up to about week 5. Life being the way it is, I got extremely busy. As I didn't have the time to workout and with my usual routine being broken up, I found bad habbits creeping back in. I'd say I was eating clean food maybe 60-70% of the time if I was being honest with you.

One of my favourite things about this challenge for me - was how much fun and easy its been. I have never been stressed. I never felt pressured to work out or skip a meal or really deny myself anything. At first I really felt my cravings disappear - especially when on a good routine. When the routine broke - I would get sugar cravings or chocolate cravings or even pizza cravings.

But as soon I get a good workout in or a good rest - I was able to get back in the zone and continue with the progress.


My final weight is 75kg. I know I could have trained harder. I know I could have dieted much better. But for me, this particular 8 weeks was to show that change is definitely possible by being consistent and you don't have to do anything hardcore which was what I was wont to do before I joined YOR Health. There are lots of ways to drop weight fast and they are almost all extremely unhealthy. I love these products as even though my workout routines may have got affected by a busy lifestyle, the blue print and routine of taking my products remained consistent. It was that consistency in my life that made a big impact for me.

I didn't have to feel guilty if I indulged myself. I knew I was on the right track, and I was enjoying myself getting there rather than beating myself to cross that finish line as fast as possible.

I am definitely keen to give the 8 week challenge another go, but next time I will be exploring how far I can take it with the products if I really went hard at it.
