Growing up, my mom would always buy me clothes that were boyish and so I was brought up not caring much about my appearances because I was seen as the tomboy child of the family. Being the person that I was, I went along with it, I ate as much as I wanted and I can remember my parents would always say “Don’t eat too much or you will become fat and no one will like you”, to my sisters and I when they saw us eat too much fatty foods. However, I would always say that I didn’t care if I got fat because I only live once and I am going to eat whatever I wanted. I was lucky that when I gained weight it was mostly in my stomach area, having that in my mind I didn’t put much effort to lose weight because I would say to myself that I can always hide my stomach with clothes.
As I grew older I started to care more of how I looked because there were so many girls who were just beautiful and fitted around me. I became less confident about how I looked and I wanted to change; however, I still couldn’t give up the disguise of acting like I didn’t care about my weight because the fear of my family member teasing me but deep down I was really searching for a way to lose weight.
Starting about the end of my sophomore year in high school, I started trying to lose weight secretly and at that time my sister was just introduced to Yor Health and I’ve seen that the products has helped her but I still wanted to find other alternatives to lose weight. I’ve never tried any diet pills or any programs because I was determined that I will do it naturally but before I realize it my natural way of losing weight was to starve myself. During the times that I starve myself I would lose five to six pounds and after a week or so I would binge eat and gain more than I lost. I saw what was happening but I still kept starving myself because I felt happy that I was able to lose some weight. Over a period of two years with starving myself on and off, I developed really bad constipation and I was not digestion my food properly.
As I started my first few weeks of college, I consider using my sister’s products to help me lose weight; I started off using the complete burn during exercise but I was still starving myself, eating only one meal a day. Then my sister decided to just make me buy my own products and during that time when I ordered my products I was still starving myself. Two nights before my products arrived, for the first time ever I felt a really sharp uncomfortable pain on the lower part of my stomach and I was so scared, I literally prayed for the products to arrive already so that I can start to lose weight the smart way.
I started my 8 weeks challenge weighing 133 lbs; with the help of the amazing products I was able to lose 11 lbs within my first week. I fell in love with the product line because this was the first time ever losing that much weight and I feel amazing. Throughout my 8 weeks I was able to maintain my weight and ending my challenge losing 14 lbs in total,currently weighing 119 lbs. I would have to say that the products that I loved the most are the digest ultra, probiotics, fiber, and the complete burn because they helped me flushed out my system and flatten my stomach. I would start my morning with an amazing mixture of MRP, fiber, and supergreen and always using digest ultra with any meal that I ate. When I exercise I would take a complete burn to maximize my energy level to burn extra calories and sweat to the max. Then at night I would take my probiotics and repair to flush and repair my body for the next day. I used all the products together throughout my 8 weeks, using them everyday especially the digest ultra and complete burn and exercising once or twice a week when I have the time.
The challenge has changed my life by giving me the motivation to lose weight as well as gain more confident in myself to go out and accomplish anything because I learn that everything starts with myself and knowing that I was able to lose the weight that I thought was impossible, now I see that anything is possible.I feel amazing and my confidence level has risen dramatically; I am able to be more outgoing and interactive with other people because I started to love myself more and worry less about people judging how I look. I am really excited to enter the next challenge to fully reach my goal and really tone up. Next challenge here I come!
