My goal for this challenge was to be healthy and try to change my life for the better. It wasn't about weight loss, but about being a healthier version of myself.

I started the eight week challenge at 60kg and have finished at 53kg which doesn't sound like much but actually looking at the photos you can see the difference.

I used the 'go green' set throughout my challenge and about half way through I started taking the MRP. Every day I would start my morning with my shake (consisting of Greens, Fiber and berry blast in 450ml water) then generally head to the gym for a weights session 4-6 times a week in the morning before work. After the gym I would always have a MRP shake. If I didnt go to the gym in the morning I would always try to go for a walk in the evenings for at least an hour.

During the day with lunch and dinner(generally), I would have two vitamin and one digest ultra tablet. Then before bed I would have my probiotics.

After initially taking the supplements I noticed almost automatically I had SO much more energy and I guess I felt like I wanted to get the best from this eight weeks by pushing myself but also listening to my body at the same time.

For me, diet was probably the easiest yet hardest thing throughout the challenge.I work in a very small remote mining town (thank goodness the products don't take long to arrive) so food is all provided for me and not always regular. I would always opt for the healthy choice but still maintain a balance. I didn't have sweets and tried to avoid sugar where I could. In the mornings I would always opt for porridge and add berries, chai seeds and goji berries or protein pancakes or a vegetable omelet with spinach (200g) and green capsicum with one egg and three egg whites.

For snacks during the day I would have nuts, fresh vegetable juice, vegetable sticks, fruit, boiled eggs (eating only whites), Quest bars, MRP shakes, or clean treats I baked including protein balls.

The challenge has taught me about balance and I guess also realizing I need YOR products in my life. I feel amazing and happy, not that I wasn't before, but I feel like I know my body much better and I honestly feel the healthiest I have ever in my life.

I feel like Yor has really changed my life and my friend Kristina has helped me and inspired me to become an ambassador for Yor. I believe these products really work, I was very touch and go for a long time but I feel like YOR really cares and wants the best for people, its not a quick fix or easy fix. Its a change for life that I can see myself continuing for a long time. I want the best life for my future and all my friends have noticed and told me how fantastic I look so its very exciting telling them about what Ive been up to. I believe this is going to change the world and how people look at life.

If I could give anyone some advice, it would be stop finding excuses and make the change!!

I feel like a winner already and I am so happy with my final results.. If i look this good after a few short months imagine the possibilities in a few years time :)
