In the past eight weeks, I signed as a promoter, made rising star, won a trip to California. Also, put my family on the YOR plan, my son James lost about 40 pounds, my daughter Katie, (she also signed as a promoter) has lost over 20 pounds, my husband Ralph has lost over 20 pounds, and me 32 pounds. We have made a change in our lifestyle too. I am working out three day a week. I am a busy person so I am happy I can do that.

Throughout my entire life I have always had weight issues. I have always been taller than my friends. My mother would reward us with a large chocolate bar. If we did something great, lets get ice cream, Food was a reward. I did do gymnastics until I was twelve. At that time my coach said I was too tall to compete. I was 5 feet 6 inches.

I married young and was divorced ten years later. My daughter was eighteen months old and I was working two jobs. The weight just piled on. I was happy I'd eat, sad the same. I have remarried and have two more children. Life takes over. I always put my needs last. I continued these bad habits until eight weeks ago.

Having the opportunity to join and continue the 8 week challenge has truly been a blessing. My starting weight for this challenge was 272lbs. My end weight is 240lbs and I have never felt better. I am a high energy person and now no one can keep up with me. Each week I could feel myself becoming stronger, my breathing became less labored when I exercise, and I am more confident. I had made a commitment to myself and my family that I will discipline myself to not only complete this challenge, but push myself to get my best body, ever!

I used the Sculpt Set to get started on my weight loss journey. I enjoyed a Vanilla YOR Shake, Supergreens, Fiber Plus with Berry Blast to start my day. Gives me the energy to get me going. I want to be an living example for everyone out there that they can make a healthy change in their lifestyle, at any age, if they just make the decision and commit to it. I have more weight to loose and will continue to live this healthy lifestyle. I not only feel better, my skin looks better and my hair is coming back in. My hair had thinned out.
