I've never known what skinny feels like. I was a big baby who grew into a chubby child and then a short overweight teenager. Through all the bullying, I was still very confident, so I developed a larger-than-life, cheerful personality—partly I wanted to make sure people were laughing with me and not at me.
At 22 years old I finally made a decision to change my life and not just temporally. I stepped on the scale and saw 282 pounds staring back at me. So I decided to start eating right and exercising. On one particular day, my roommate and I were working out and were approached by a YOR Health Representative. (I didn’t know that until MUCH later) It was simple-- all he asked was if we would be interested in working out with him and his friends. Deep down my mind and my body were screaming at each other. My mind was saying thats awesome these guys were doing a killer workout and my body was screaming that in 22 years it had never worked out how they were working. Needless to say my mind won the battle.
Shortly after beginning the new “killer” workouts I was introduced to the products. My first initial thought was that he was crazy. I’ve tried a million and one things since I was a kid. I’ve always been the prime example of a yo-yo dieter so what made this one any different? Despite all the doubt I still decided to act on the strand of hope that this time would be different. So I began with a MRP a day, super greens and digest pills with my meals. It only took me two weeks to realize the difference it had made. I began taking two shakes a day and made sure I never missed taking the digest pills. I also began taking a completeburn before working out and berry blast when I needed that extra energy!
Prior to starting the 8 week challenge I had already lost 22 pounds so I had hit a bump that I couldn’t get over in my weight loss journey. So I started the 8 week challenge at 260 pounds and have successfully lost 22 more pounds which makes my current weight 238 pounds. Thanks to YOR Health I was able to lose the weight and feel better than I have in my whole life and i can’t wait to continue on this healthy life.
