This challenge has been an amazing 8 week journey for me. I am so happy that I finished my challenge! I started at 165 lbs. and in 8 weeks I lost 3 lbs! Now I’m 162 lbs. I got really close to my goal, and I can’t wait to continue on the challenge.
Before I started taking YOR Health products, I was 210 lbs, at just 5’ 10”. I didn’t pay attention to anything I ate, I called it the “seefood” diet. When I would SEE FOOD, I would eat it! Frozen, microwavable meals were my best friend. I didn’t care about my health, and it showed. I also struggled with lactose intolerance. Dairy was my favorite food, but my body just couldn’t handle it. Regardless that I was harming my body, I continued to eat it just because I wanted to. Honestly, I lied to myself, and I was harming my body. I never admitted to myself that I was overweight, so I just kept eating and gaining weight.
Finally, one of my friends introduced me to the YOR Health products, and I was extremely skeptical. I took the products only because he was in shape and I trusted him. First, I took Digest Ultra, and I had immediate results! I had no problem consuming dairy products at all! That immediately sparked my belief in the products, so I continued to try all of them. In my first 3 months on the products I lost 40 lbs, and I couldn’t believe it. I worked out one day per month and barely changed my eating habits. Introducing YOR Health into my diet was the only thing I did differently. Finally, after the weight loss, I decided to start eating healthier and exercising more.
Finally, 8 weeks ago, I joined the challenge. Something I realized on this journey is this is more of a challenge of the mind than it is of the body. I can’t say I was perfect, or that I never cheated, but I found myself getting better and changing my habits as my 8 weeks went by. I took the YOR Shake, SuperGreens, and Berry Blast every day, and I took Digest Ultra with every meal. For this cycle of the challenge, I honestly didn’t really have much time to work out, I just took the products and ate healthy. I also followed the advice of my friends that have had amazing results.
I’m so thankful for being introduced to YOR Health because it totally changed my life. Now, I actually care about myself, and my mind and body really appreciate it. I eat healthy now, take the products every day, and try to work out as much as I can. I feel so much happier now than I did before, and I want to Share that Happiness with the world!
