This past 8 weeks has been an life changing journey for me. For the past 10 years I have struggled with eating disorders, from starving myself to eating too much. An eating disorder is something that never leaves you. It is something that I struggle with day in and day out and although i live a incredibly healthy lifestyle these days, my body image is something that i really struggle with. Because I messed with my body by not eating properly in my developing years I now really struggle to lose weight. For the past year I have done anything and everything I can in the healthiest way possible to lose weight and it just doesn't seem to budge. It wasn't until I started using these products that I really saw the results. It still took a lot of hard work and dedication, but my real win was a mental one. In this challenge I really tried to focus on having a better mindset on the way i see and perceive myself and really tried to overcome my past problems. Posting shirtless photos for everyone to see in itself is a massive thing for me. At the end of this challenge I can say for the first time ever that I am proud of myself. I am proud of what I have achieved and I am proud of the way I look now.

Before weight 86.6kg -- After weight 79.8kg --- Lost 6.8kg
Although this may not be a lot of loss for some, for me, that is huge. I have been trying for the past year and a half to lose weight and not a kilo has shifted, so to lose this much is a massive achievement for me! It may be a slow process, but at least I know now that I am finally on my weightless and sculpting journey.

I have followed a strict regime of the recommended daily intake of each Yor Health Product (Supergreens, Berry Blast, Probiotic, Fibre, DigestUltra, MRP, and Vitamins) and I have also maintained a full exercise and fitness regime of 5 days a week both weights and cardio. I increased my weights training and really began to love using heavy weights and doing a different form of training that I haven't done before.
