This wasn’t the first challenge for me but it was the first one i had a gym membership for
My goal this time round was to be consistent with the gym and products but still eat what i wanted not extremely bad but not strict either I ate sweets and things that most people do enjoy just to show that i can enjoy the foods most people aren’t to willing to give up and still get results with the products. An approach i believe a lot of people don’t think can work for them and find doesn’t get them many results in a short period of time
Yor health has helped me so much in achieving this as I was able to go to the gym pretty much every day and not be tired even after long days at work on minimal sleep, I even went twice some days because I just felt like I had so much more to give. Not to mention my strength was increasing every week, there was not a week I did not hit a personal best ??
I started the challenge weighing in at 65kg and now I am finishing at 60kg which I was happy with considering my eating wasn’t the best the whole time i was still able to remove a lot of excess weight and tone up which was my goal i believe that without the products i would not have been able to do so
I Took all the Yor Health products during my challenge, upon rising i would have a shake which consisted of super greens, berry blast and fibre as well a vitamin with my first meal I would then use a digest with meals I felt I needed it with and often after a workout or late at night if I wasn’t so hungry I would have an MRP ending my day with two repairs and a probiotic before bed.
THANK YOU YOR HEALTH! For helping me achieve these changes and helping me to be a better version of me, definitely going to do another one and can not wait to see just how far I can push myself and my body as I now have the education and nourishment to do so. I’M in the challenge for life!
