WOWWWWW!!! Don’t really know how to put this one into words but what an amazing 8 weeks its been. This is my 2nd challenge and the main reason i entered this one was because i came 2nd place last time which was awesome and i was happy however, i wanted to win it this time. I had taken a month off and didn’t have any products for quite some time and unfortunately i got into bad shape. Not necessarily put on weight, more so losing definition. And i knew before i started the challenge, i will have to work even harder and do a lot more if i want to be a champion. The most important thing i learnt throughout this challenge was always trying to find new ways to get better and better. I did that by training with others, training longer, multiple times a day and timing my meals around my workouts. Rather calling it a healthy eating plan and training with a group of friends, it became a lifestyle full of joy and i had fun whilst doing it.

My goal weight was to drop 4kg and i successfully did that. However the hardest thing about it was maintaining muscle and dropping fat. So I started talking to multiple people with knowledge in this field and they educated me on what to do. If it weren’t for them, i probably wouldn’t have had the definition i wanted and would’ve lost even more weight which isn’t what i wanted.

So the products i used were:

I’d wake up have 1 probiotic and 1 repair on an empty stomach, then i’d fix myself a super blast to kickstart my day. For my main meals, i take 1 digest Ultra and 2 essential vitamins to break down the food and fill in the nutritional loss. A lot of the days during the week, i seem to get hungry 2 hours before dinner, so rather than eating something unhealthy or inconvenient, i had an MRP to replace it. On the rare occasion i would have it post workout, but usually i’d prep myself a big meal post workout. Finally, both before and after my workouts, i’d take a complete burn which targets the fatty acids and i believe this helped burn a lot of my body fat percentage. The only other time i would take it is later on during the day before 5:00 pm. The products are simply amazing, can’t express it anymore, they have really changed my life. So not a day went by when i didn’t take the products because they just made me feel that good. And i encourage anyone whose reading this who hasn’t experienced it, to just give it a go. Because worse case scenario, you get healthy ;)

I exercised up to 10 times a week, whether that is gym, bootcamps, cardio etc. I did everything i could possible to keep myself active, and if it weren’t for the repairs, i’d be going back down to 3 workouts a week which is how it was before i even started taking the products.

The impact this had on my life not only gave me an image in terms of the results, but what it can do for others. Because i’m all about helping people, inspiring people, bringing the best out of everyone i can so they’ll be great and leave a legacy. The ability to show other people that anything is possible can be done, if they just put their mind to it. If they take action and get to work, find new ways every single day to get better and better. What did i do? I watched enough films, read enough articles, spoke to a lot of people, surrounded myself with like minded people, worked my ass off to put myself in a position to achieve my best body and my best health at the same time. What this has done for me the 2nd time around, the impact it has on me is nothing close to the impact i will show many people what it can do for them.
