Wow!! So I have just completed my second challenge with Yor Health and I honestly couldn't be happier with my results.
I started my challenge at 56kgs and completed at 54kgs.
I used all the products that are on offer in Australia throughout my entire challenge. This round I actually stepped it up with the super greens and was having a minimum of two Super green drinks per day and I must admit I did have a lot more energy.
Id like to give a huge shout out to my sponsor and mentor Kristina Mojsoska and her leader Kyle Stagoll, both from Melbourne, since joining the team on the business side they have both been a huge, inspiring and supportive network for me along with the entire crew. Kristina is always so supportive and sending me links for healthy eating and motivational quotes to keep me focused. Kyle is also a great leader that I think anyone willing to learn should hit him up because he rocks!
I work in the Mines so my days are long and hard, I always find getting up that little bit earlier to workout in the mornings better for me. I really stepped up the leg workouts this round as I wanted to be more defined and strengthen my lower body as I am recovering from a sports related injury. I really found personally that the repair capsules helped me every day with recovery as each day I feel I grow a little stronger and more confident. I have stuck to lifting weights 5-6 times a week working all body parts and this round I introduced Pilates to help with strength and flexibility along with the occasional boxing workout for cardio.
Working away is great because there isn't any fast food restaurants in town so I can't go to KFC or Red rooster etc, its actually great! Where we eat dinner we have chefs that cook what we like generally, I try to keep my diet pretty clean anyway so I always have lots of energy and keep it balanced with a cheat meal once a week to help with my metabolism.
I also recently purchased fitness model Sophie Guildolins clean eating cookbook so I always have healthy snacks in my fridge if I feel the urge for something 'naughty' I can have a healthy alternative to hit that spot and keep me focused.
These products have honestly changed my life, I never knew how good my body was meant to feel, when I was younger I was very fit, i'd run about 40kms a week easily but my diet consisted of no vegetables, take away at least four times a week and a lot of junk food. I moved to Europe and stopped all exercise and continued that same diet and gained over 45kgs.... After a long battle to get fit and healthy again I have really been against any kind of supplement, but like most with that opinion, I was just uneducated. Since introducing the Supergreen, Fibre Plus and Berry blast shake into my diet Ive never has so much energy. Id struggle to go to the toilet and have healthy bowel movements and that was a huge concern of mine! I hardly ever get bloated now and I can honestly say thanks to the lifesaver also known as the Digest Ultra Tablet.... Id also be lost without my essential Vitamin tablet and Probiotics.
I also took measurements throughout this challenge, every wednesday morning I would measure myself and in total (I don't believe that scales are appropriate in regards to my training or goals so I prefer not to use them to see my results) I lost 6cm overall on my body. I look forward to getting my body fat percentage tested for my next round and look forward to the challenges the next round will have in store for me.
Bring on round 3.... I continue to look forward sharing the happiness that Yor Health products have given me with my friends, family and people I meet along the way.
