My weight before this challenge was 199 and my weight today at the end of the challenge was 184 a total of 16+ lb weight loss for 8 weeks. The products I used was the daily pack and Yor Health Shakes. I started my day with the morning pack pills that include Yor Repair and Probiotics. Then for breakfast used the Yor health shakes. I love them because they taste good (which a lot of protein shakes do not). I love how I can add a little fruit to them and change up the flavor but they are still healthy for me. With lunch and dinner I took the Yor Digest and Vitamin pills. I started my challenge before the semester started and was able to go to the gym at least 4-5 days a week for 2 hours (so about 10 hours a week). Once I started school again I had to cut down my gym time to only 2 to 5 hours a week. I tried to do more exercises at home to supplement when I could. THis challenge has truly changed my life. I have always struggled with my weight. Last winter I was accepted to the bachelors of nursing program. During my first semester in the program I gained 15 lbs. I was so uncomfortable with my body it was even starting to really affect my relationship because I wasn't comfortable seeing myself without clothes never mind anyone else. My boyfriend was always the most supporting of me. He knew I had gained a lot of weight in the past 3 years but still continued to tell me how amazing and beautiful I was. In March of 2013 he asked me to be his wife. I knew I needed to start trying to lose weight because I did not want to look back at my pictures and be that "fat" bride. Even though I was trying hard to diet and lose weight it was not working and actually doing the opposite. I am not sure if it was the stress of my first semester or what but I was failing at losing weight. Finally my brother asked me to try Yor Health. I was very skeptical at first but knew at this point I had nothing to lose. Now I am going n my 8th month using the product. I am so happy I made that decision and my brother and his wife knew it was what i needed. A funny story from the past week is like I had mentioned I am a nursing student right now with a very busy life. I am currently doing a mental health rotation. For our rotation we are supposed to wear "business casual" clothes while on the unit. On my second week of rotation I was in a rush that morning because I had to be at the hospital by 7:30 am and then go straight to work that evening from clinical until 10 pm. I was packing my lunch and running out of time. Since my weight loss journey started I have not really started to buy new clothes yet. I was in a rush and grabbed a "dress shirt" from my closet. I knew it was baggy on me but I guess since I never stopped to look in the mirror I did not realize quite how baggy it was. While on the floor a patient came up to me and asked if I was EXPECTING! I was shocked. He continued to talk and said he noticed I was wearing what he believed to be a maternity shirt. I knew he was just being innocent and did not really know what he was saying. A few days later I finally had a day to myself and was going through my closet. I found an old pair of jeans hiding in my closet that were a size 10 that I have not been able to wear in almost 4 years now. I decided to try them on to see how much further I needed to go to fit them. With complete shock they fit!!! Then I started to put on my "dress shirts" and realized they looked like sacks just hanging off me and understood why the patient had come up to me and was confused. I have worked very hard to lose the weight have I lost so far and so happy I was introduced to Yor Health. I decided I had my tax returns coming and I deserved to do a little shopping. I needed new black pants for work and some "business casual" things for school. (So the fiancé can't get to mad I have a real excuse :)~ ) While trying on clothes I grabbed a size 8 pair of slacks on accident and they FIT!!! Then I realized I was also able to fit a size Medium top! I am so proud of have far I have come in the last 8 months. It is finally starting to show and people around me are also starting to notice. It is such an incredible feeling when its not only you who sees the positive changes but others around you as well. I have had customers come in that haven't seen me in months and give me huge hugs and tell me how incredible I feel. Once again I am so grateful for my brother and his wonderful wife introducing me to this product. I have already gained a few friends because of it who continue to check in with me to see how I am doing and encourage me on my journey to a healthier me. I love how easy the product is to take. When I started taking the products back in June 2013, I was not sure I was ready to join a challenge. Around the end of 2013 a friend told me to join the challenge with them that there was nothing to lose. He was right, what harm could it do keeping myself accountable for what I was doing? What harm would it do taking before and after pictures to see my own progress? Joining the challenge was very helpful for me. I already knew I loved the product and could see it was working but this time I was able to set a mini goal for myself. I learned that setting a mini goal for myself helped me be able to stick to my plan and not fall off. I feel that this was because I was not close to achieving my goals in the past and was not “seeing results fast enough”. In the past I have always set large weight loss goals and could not see progress. I felt like it was impossible to achieve any weight loss goal I set for myself. This challenge taught me that mini goals are the best idea to help adhere to achieving your ultimate goal. It is nice to see when you achieve that mini goal and that your ultimate goal is one-step closer. I know I would not have been able to lose the weight I have thus far if it was not for Yor Health. I feel so much better overall. I am able to climb the stairs no problem, have so much more energy and feel overall better. I love the fact not only am I starting to see the changes in me but others around me are asking how I did it.
