It was right after New Year's that I started this cycle. With the festive energy of Thanksgiving and Christmas it was not my priority to be mindful of my diet and be in top shape. I basically enjoyed feeling comfortable and eating whatever I wanted. It was when I looked in the mirror that I knew I was losing what I worked hard far prior to the holidays. I felt bloated and just was not excited to get any workouts in.

My starting weight was 102. It's hard for me to judge results by weight alone because I don't really gain weight or can lose much more. My end weight is 100.

Honestly it was on New Year's and moving into a new place with friends who are on the challenge that got me back on track. I felt disgusted and knew I need to get tight and bring back the 6 pack.

With this challenge it was difficult to try and get a workout in everyday however we did go almost every other day for at least 1 hr. We made it fun and incorporated our own team bootcamp on the beach which made it fun.

I ordered my sculpt set for this challenge and having my shakes made a world of a difference. I would have 1 MRP every morning as my breakfast along with taking my probiotics and repair before my workouts. If I felt I was going to have an intense workout I would have Muscle Energy during my workout. After my 1 hour workout I had another MRP. From there SuperGreens/Berry Blast was my refreshment mid afternoon. I would work out a small portion lunch and take 1 Digestive Enzyme with 2 Vitamins. I would have dinner a bit later in the evening with 1 digest and 2 vitamins. If I wasn't full I would try to fit in a 3rd MRP for the day.

This challenge has helped me to shake off bad habits that I built from the last 2 months of the holidays. I felt that double edge sword of feeling happy to be free and eating whatever you want but felt the pain know that your not happy with how your body looks. Also being able to do this with my friends shows me how weak I am alone and how much it does help having a commit to get fit buddy! I am just happier today to see my body toned and back to where it needs to be.
