I'd like to share with you where I was in my life before the challenge,during and how I feel now during my transformation during these remarkable 8 weeks of my life.  I worked 80 hours as catering waiter day in and day out. My lifestyle wasn't the best. There were days where I would wake up at 4 am to be rushing to start work at 6am until 2pm and then rush to my other event at 3pm to 11am. I would only have 30 minutes to eat. Most of the time I would grab the usual venting machine goodies: chips,candy bars and "healthy trail mixs". If not I would eat left overs of from meals that were prepared for the guest. Majority of the time my stomach was filled with coffee and no breakfast I would be starving. So I would load up on a plate enough to feed two people.  After a hard full day of work I would go out with my co workers for drinks. I did this same routine for about two years straight. I remember one day sitting down and my girlfriend at the time, she gave me a nickname.. "my Buddha" it was because i was a Joyful guy with a round big belly, joking around about how I was probably "5 months pregnant" This happened for a few months and it was funny but what I saw was that I wasnt able to fit in my work clothes anymore. I started to buy new jeans and work clothes 2 sizes up. I went from pant size 34 mens size to size 36.  My self esteem was low so I wore bigger sweaters just to look nice but I still my gut haunted me.

One day I struggled to button my pants and my button popped off! That was it. I knew I had to do something about this.  I tried to lose weight by starving myself and drinking lots of water. I tried working out but all I did was lose 4 lbs after a few months.
I decided to reach out my good  friend Johnny Ly that was fit and always going to the gym. He explained me how he uses the YOR Health products and what he was doing.  That day I decided to join the 8 Week Challenge and I signed up to the gym. During my work breaks I would make my shakes with YOR Super Greens and YOR Berry Blast instead of coffee.  I noticed in 1 month that I had lost 10lbs and my energy levels increased. 
    Today I don't have that "Buddha belly" anymore. My self esteem is much higher, I have lost 16 pounds and now i have abs for the first time in my life! I never felt like this about myself ever.
