At 205 pounds I was unhealthy, unhappy and out of touch with what is important in life. I knew that I wanted to get healthy but I would have never in my wildest dreams imagined that I would be where I am today. At 220 pounds I am the happiest, healthiest and hungriest for more than I have ever been. I started the challenge right after graduating college and moving cities. This experience has been one of the most humbling experiences I have endured throughout my entire life. I quit my job for the business I was partial owner of because I hated my job and had to move from Columbus to Cincinnati because I needed to move out of my current situation and come home to raise my 2 year old daughter who I had been away from for far too long. I lost all of my assets during this transition in my life and today I realize something, there is no amount of money that can buy or bring you happiness. I have less today than I have ever had but I am filled with more joy, drive, heart, determination, and happiness than I have ever had in my entire life. The first week of the challenge I wrecked my $20,000 car that I had no insurance on. I had to pick up a job serving tables at a local restaurant and was sleeping between my brothers couch and my sisters basement. I moved into my new apartment, bought an old honda, and got a new gym membership. I told myself that I would do this, every single day. No days off. I made the decision that I wanted this more than I wanted any of the material things I had before. If not for me, this is for my little girl because she deserves to have a happy and healthy father to show her the right way. I bought the $500 set and started day 1 using vanilla and chocolate MRP, probiotics, ultra digest, sugergreens, fiber, repair, multivitamin and berry blast. I took each of these products meticulously and never faltered from the suggested dosage and times of administration. I ran out of berry blast but by this time I had so much natural energy I was good to go. I bought more ultra digest, probiotics and the muscle energy to keep my digestion and absorption at maximum capacity. I had so much energy from changing my nutritional intake that I now wake up at 7:30 every morning ready to GOOO!!!! I started the challenge trying to gain as much weight as possible with the plan of cutting down during the last 3-4 weeks. I spent the last 3 weeks continuing to eat and exercise the way I did at the beginning because Yor health has activated a monster in me and my metabolism is unlike anything I have ever seen. my vascularity has blown me away, my growth has blown me away, my energy has blown me away but more than anything my drive and will to succeed and win this challenge has blown me away. I exercised EVERY SINGLE DAY, I ate healthy EVERY SINGLE DAY and I took my supplements EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have inspired friends, family and people I hardly know to better themselves. If I win this challenge I am going to continue to do the same and I am going to use my success to build an empire to endure lifelong success.
