8 Week best body challenge
Hi there my name is Vicki and I'm 25 years of age and my goal weight was to get down to 50kgs from 53kgs. This is to bring down my body fat percentage and I was able to come at 51.5kgs :)
All my life I've had ups and downs when it came to my body. I've always been into my sports but not into weights. Since my early teens I've suffered from severe back problems called Sciatica which is in your lower vertebrae that pinches a nerve and sends sharp signals down your leg sometimes to your feet! This has always held me back to proceeding to the next level in any of my sports. This went on for over 10 years which is the reason I began taking the Yor Health products in order to eliminate my back problems as I was desperate to try something new and different. I thought anything is better than taking pain killers every single day which I took like Tic Tacs.
The day I started the Yor Health products was the day I stopped taking pain killers, this to me was incredible and also impossible! From than, I was able to do weight training at the gym and found myself there at least 5 times a week.
I never thought I'd see abs and definition all over my body. I've even set myself a massive goal to compete in my first Fitness Modelling Competition in April this year. Thanks to Yor Health I see myself up on stage looking and feeling sexy :)
I want to show people that every little bit of help counts and that nutrition plays a massive role to your body and mind.
I used to be one of those people who didn't understand why you need to eat 6 times a day. Now I prepare my meals and eat every 2-3 hours. It makes me laugh to see where I've come from, but I'm also very proud.
I take the products every single day, I start of with my Greens, Fiber & Berry Blast. Before I work out I have a Complete Burn. With my food I take my Digest Ultra and my Essential Vitamins. At night I have a Probiotic and my favourite which is Repair Ultra.
I go to the gym 6 times a week. I have also gone Vegan since I started this challenge to see what I can do with my body and how I would feel, as I've heard many people telling me that I need to eat meat and dairy otherwise I would not cope. Which makes sense if your not giving your body what it needs with the appropriate supplements.
These products have made me feel absolutely amazing that even my body builder can't believe it! This goes to show that anyone who is Vegan can take these products and give their body everything that it needs. It blows my mind when I think about what I used to feel like to where my mind is now. Huge discipline and determination. Thanks to the 8 Week body challenge I'm able to exceed my limits and to never hold back!
