Well what can I say but... WOW!
I've been involved in the fitness industry for well over 10 years now and have been taking supplements for about 8. I grew up around professional athletes, fitness models and competing body builders so was very fortunate to be exposed to such people who obviously all had a great understanding of how to train and what to eat to achieve their goals. This passion of mine for health and fitness consequently drove me to becoming a personal trainer and sports nutritionist and I have never looked back.
I'm not going to lie, I have taken products that have worked very well for me physically and being a fitness model myself, I've always needed to be lean all year round and be able to drop fat within a couple of days to be 'shoot ready'. However, although staying lean all year round may have looked good on the outside I never felt mentally healthy. I always lacked energy, would wake up tired, experienced bloating, had very poor flatulence (just ask any of my family or friends!) and had the attention span of a goldfish. This was very frustrating and I didn't understand why this was happening to me either because I had a very strict diet plan and only ate healthy fresh foods.

Obviously this helped us all to stay motivated as we were in it together and had so much fun because we were all involved!
When 4 weeks passed, that's when I started noticing a real difference physically. I had definitely dropped stomach fat and leaned up around my arms. The definition was coming through!! And on top of that, my energy levels had increased that much I felt I was a kid again who'd just downed one too many red cordials!! Haha the quality of my sleep improved, my concentration was a lot better and I was even receiving compliments that my skin had cleared up!! I felt I was having the time of my life for the first 4 weeks and couldn't wait for the second half of my challenge to start!
After the first 4 weeks I thought I was feeling pretty good. I was getting compliments, I felt healthier, my focus had improved and my energy was just through the roof compared to when I started the challenge. Little did I know what was coming!! Because the second half of my challenge was really where my results came through. In the last 4 weeks, again, my energy increased further, I had more motivation, my mood improved, and I know it might sound cheesy but I really started enjoying life and felt happier about everything! And physically.... WOW!! I really noticed a difference. I could barely pinch a bit of fat around my stomach, my muscle mass had increased and my body fat as you can see in the pictures decreased significantly! I was ecstatic by the results!! It truly was amazing! And what made it even more special was that I wasn't the only one achieving great results, my whole team experienced much of the same results as me which was awesome, it was such a good vibe throughout the whole challenge!
Since completing the challenge, I definitely feel alive again. I feel like the kid inside of me has come out to stay and I couldn't be happier.
